We ship Monday to Friday only. Customers are responsible for all duties and taxes in local area.

Shipping time may vary according to Australia Post time frames and does not include order processing time

Orders can take up to two business days to process before being shipped; this may be longer if there is a promotion taking place.

We offer free standard shipping within Australia on all orders over $120. For orders under $120, standard shipping is $10. Express post shipping within Australia is $15.

For orders over $200, express post is free.

During holiday periods, delivery will depend on Australia Post's Holiday Schedule. Please check the Australia Post website prior to placing your order for impact on deliveries during these periods.

Can I ship to a PO Box?

Absolutely, all our orders are sent using Australia Post meaning delivery can be made to a PO Box or Australia Post parcel lockers. If your order is unable to be shipped to the supplied address for any reason, we will contact you to arrange an alternative.

How do I change my shipping address?

If you have placed an order and the address shown on the screen is incorrect, please email hello@lacalma.com.au ASAP to give us the correct details.

When will my order arrive?

This varies based upon where you live and the shipping method used. Delivery time averages 3 to 7 business days once your items leave our warehouse. Please note that this increases during busy periods such as Black Friday weekend and the Christmas period.

What if I have not received my order?

Please contact us at hello@lacalma.com.au with your order details and we will investigate the status of your order. An email with your tracking number will be sent once your order has left our warehouse. To track your order, please visit: http://auspost.com.au/track/ and enter your tracking number.

What happens if I’m not home when my order is delivered?

If you are not home when your order is delivered, Australia Post will leave a collection card that you can take into the nominated Post Office to collect your parcel. Your parcel will be held by Australia Post for the time stated on the collection card and after this it will be returned to La Calma as unclaimed. Once unclaimed goods have arrived in the La Calma warehouse, you will be contacted regarding your order. If we can't get in touch with you your order will automatically be cancelled and the total cost of the original invoice, minus shipping, will be refunded.
